Security Supervisor

SECUREGUARD SARAWAK SDN BHD covers commercial, industrial, and residential sites across Sarawak, including a fast-growing Bintulu industrial client base. Industrial clients demand tight security discipline, and our supervisors are the ones who make sure standards are genuinely met shift after shift and site after site, not just on paper. It is a role with real responsibility, direct client contact, and a clear, well-supported route into full security management for those who prove themselves capable.

We need a Security Supervisor to oversee guard rosters and site compliance for our industrial client sites in Bintulu. The role suits an experienced security professional who is ready to lead a team and be personally accountable for standards across multiple sites at once. You'll be the crucial link between the guards on the ground and the clients and management who rely on their performance, so leadership, reliability, and clear communication are all essential to succeeding in the role.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee guard rosters and coverage across several assigned industrial sites
• Conduct regular site compliance audits, inspections, and spot checks
• Investigate reported incidents and prepare clear, accurate summary reports
• Coach and correct guards on post orders and site-specific procedures
• Liaise professionally with client site contacts on security requirements
• Manage guard attendance, discipline, and orderly shift handovers
• Ensure licensing and documentation for every guard is kept fully current
• Escalate serious incidents and staffing gaps to management promptly

Requirements

• A valid KDN security licence with supervisory endorsement
• At least 3 years of security experience, including 1 year supervising
• Comfortable conducting site audits and writing clear incident reports
• Own transport to travel between sites around Bintulu
• Firm, fair, and reliable, with good communication skills
