We're hiring Security Guards for commercial and residential sites across Kuching, working a shift-based roster with uniform and basic training provided. The role suits someone reliable, alert, and physically fit who takes genuine pride in keeping people and property safe and secure. No prior experience is required if you're willing to obtain your licence, and we'll support you fully through that process and give you the training you need to carry out the role confidently.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor site access points and conduct regular, thorough foot patrols
• Log incidents, visitors, and any unusual activity accurately and clearly
• Enforce visitor and contractor sign-in procedures consistently
• Respond appropriately and calmly to alarms and security incidents
• Check that all doors, gates, and barriers are secured on each round
• Report hazards, faults, and security breaches to the supervisor promptly
• Maintain a visible, professional, and reassuring security presence on site
• Follow site-specific post orders and standing instructions at all times

Requirements

• A valid KDN security guard licence, or a genuine willingness to obtain one
• Physically fit and able to work rotating shifts, including nights
• Alert, punctual, disciplined, and reliable
• A clean criminal record
• Basic literacy for accurate incident and visitor logging
