Road Construction Foreman

Kapit Interior Roads is hiring a Foreman to lead a road construction crew working on rural connectivity projects into Sarawak's interior divisions, including extended site postings.

• Supervise daily earthworks and paving crews
• Coordinate machinery and material deliveries to remote sites
• Enforce site safety procedures

• 5+ years road/civil construction experience, at least 2 years as foreman
• Willing to be based at remote interior project sites for extended periods
• Able to manage a crew of 15-20 workers
