We're hiring a Restaurant Manager for our flagship outlet, overseeing daily service, staff scheduling, and banquet event coordination across a busy calendar of weddings and corporate events. You'll manage a team of 20, coordinate banquet bookings, control costs, and keep service standards high. It suits an experienced restaurant or F&B manager with strong leadership and customer-service skills who is comfortable juggling multiple simultaneous bookings on peak dates, and who takes genuine pride in delivering memorable, smoothly run functions in a busy banquet setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations and service standards
• Manage staff scheduling across a team of 20
• Coordinate banquet bookings for weddings and corporate events
• Monitor customer feedback and address service issues promptly
• Control operating costs against monthly targets
• Train new service staff on house standards

Requirements

• At least 3 years of restaurant or F&B management experience
