Running a busy banquet operation well takes strong leadership, sharp coordination, and a genuine service instinct, and our restaurant managers are central to it all. We're hiring a Restaurant Manager for our flagship outlet, overseeing daily service, staff scheduling, and banquet event coordination across a busy calendar of weddings and corporate events. You'll manage a team of 20, coordinate banquet bookings, control costs, and keep service standards high. It suits an experienced restaurant or F&B manager with strong leadership and customer-service skills who is comfortable juggling multiple simultaneous bookings on peak dates, and who takes genuine pride in delivering memorable, smoothly run functions in a busy banquet setting.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations and service standards
  • Manage staff scheduling across a team of 20
