Resort Reservations Manager

We're hiring a Reservations Manager to oversee booking systems, agent partnerships, and guest communications for our eco-lodge, balancing occupancy across a genuinely seasonal booking calendar. You'll manage the reservations system, maintain agent and OTA relationships, and forecast around seasonal peaks. It suits a commercially minded hospitality professional who is comfortable with hotel PMS and OTA extranets, can plan pricing and availability around demand swings, and enjoys the mix of systems, relationships, and forecasting involved in keeping a seasonal eco-lodge well-occupied and profitable.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the reservations system and optimise occupancy across seasons
• Maintain relationships with tour agents and OTA partners
• Handle guest enquiries and special requests promptly
• Prepare monthly occupancy and revenue reports
• Coordinate with the lodge operations team on arrival logistics
• Adjust pricing and availability ahead of known seasonal peaks
• Identify opportunities to grow bookings in quieter periods

Requirements

• Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management
• At least 2 years of reservations or front office management experience
• Comfortable with hotel PMS and OTA extranet systems
