Recruitment Coordinator (Internship)

KENYALANG TELECOM SERVICES SDN BHD is growing its customer service and technical teams across Sarawak, with a small HR department supporting a steady, ongoing stream of hiring. That makes it an excellent place for an HR intern to see real recruitment happening at genuine pace, rather than a token placement with little to do. You'll be part of a friendly, supportive team that will give you real responsibility and take an active interest in your learning and development.

This is a three-month internship supporting our HR team with recruitment coordination — scheduling interviews, screening applications, and maintaining candidate records. It is ideal for an HR or business student who wants practical, hands-on experience of a live, active hiring pipeline rather than theory alone. You'll learn how recruitment really works day to day, build genuinely useful skills and contacts, and gain a real head start on your peers when you graduate and start applying for roles yourself.

Key responsibilities

• Screen incoming job applications carefully against role requirements
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Support the preparation of onboarding paperwork for new hires
• Help draft and post job advertisements on relevant recruitment channels
• Keep candidates informed and provide a positive application experience
• Assist the HR team with general recruitment administration

Requirements
