Property Leasing Executive

Rejang Property Management Group manages residential and commercial properties across Sibu and the wider Rejang basin. We look after landlords' assets and tenants' homes and business premises alike, which means constantly balancing commercial performance with genuinely responsive, professional service. Our leasing team is the first point of contact for prospective tenants and the visible face of how professionally we run our portfolio, so we want people who can both close a lease and build a lasting relationship.

We're hiring a Leasing Executive to manage tenant enquiries, unit viewings, and lease renewals across our residential and commercial portfolio. The role blends sales, administration, and relationship management, so it suits an organised people-person who can close a lease and then keep the tenant genuinely happy afterward. You'll have real ownership of occupancy levels and tenant satisfaction across your assigned properties, with the support of a well-established management team behind you.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tenant enquiries and coordinate and personally conduct unit viewings
• Prepare, process, and renew lease agreements accurately and on time
• Follow up diligently on outstanding rental payments and arrears
• Coordinate minor unit repairs and turnovers with the maintenance team
• Market available units across listing channels to minimise vacancy periods
• Maintain accurate, complete tenancy records and lease documentation
• Build good ongoing relationships with tenants to encourage renewals
• Advise landlords on realistic market rents and letting strategy

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
• At least 1 year of leasing or property administration experience
• Comfortable conducting viewings and handling tenant negotiations
• Own transport to travel between properties around Sibu
• Personable, organised, and comfortable with sales targets
