Samarahan Little Explorers Learning Centre is a registered preschool and childcare centre near UNIMAS serving working families in Kota Samarahan, with small classes and a stable, long-serving teaching team. We're looking for a warm, patient Preschool Teacher for our 4 to 6 year old classroom, in a small class with a supportive team environment and genuine room to bring your own activity ideas. You'll plan age-appropriate activities, support each child's development, and keep parents informed of their progress. It suits a caring, energetic teacher who genuinely loves early childhood education, thrives on the everyday joys and challenges of young learners, and wants to help shape a happy, safe, and stimulating classroom.

Key responsibilities

• Plan age-appropriate activities aligned to the preschool curriculum
• Monitor and support each child's developmental progress
• Communicate regularly and warmly with parents on their child's progress
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and welcoming classroom environment
• Manage classroom routines and smooth transitions between activities
• Bring fresh, creative activity ideas into the classroom
• Support children who need extra time, care, or attention

Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
