Sarikei Housing Development Bhd is building several affordable housing blocks across the Sarikei division and needs ongoing plumbing coverage across multiple sites. On a tight multi-unit programme, good plumbing work that passes inspection first time keeps the whole handover schedule moving. It is a steady role for a capable plumber who takes pride in clean, correct installations, coordinates well with other trades to avoid rework, and wants dependable, ongoing work across an active pipeline of affordable housing developments in the Sarikei area.

We're hiring a Plumber for pipework and fittings installation across our ongoing affordable housing schemes, coordinating closely with other trades to avoid rework. You'll install and pressure-test pipework to approved drawings and support final inspections ahead of unit handover. It suits an experienced, reliable plumber who works accurately, reads layout drawings confidently, and coordinates well on a busy site, keeping installations clean and correct so that units pass inspection and are handed over on schedule without avoidable delays or callbacks.

Key responsibilities

• Install pipework and fittings according to approved layout drawings
• Pressure-test completed pipework thoroughly before covering
• Coordinate with other trades to avoid installation clashes
• Report any layout drawing discrepancies to the site engineer
• Support final plumbing inspections ahead of unit handover
• Keep installations clean, correct, and inspection-ready

Requirements

• At least 2 years of plumbing experience, residential projects preferred
• Able to read basic plumbing layout drawings
• Own basic hand tools
• Comfortable coordinating directly with other on-site trades
• Reliable, accurate, and quality-focused
