KUCHING WELLNESS CLINIC GROUP is expanding its physiotherapy service across its network of five Kuching clinics, seeing over 40,000 patients a year across general practice and allied health. We're growing the physio team to meet real, steady demand, which means a varied caseload and genuine scope to develop your practice. It is a supportive, well-resourced environment for a physiotherapist who enjoys hands-on patient care across a range of conditions and wants to grow with an established and respected clinic group.

We need an additional Physiotherapist across two of our Kuching branches, managing a caseload of post-surgical, sports injury, and chronic pain patients with a mix of one-off and ongoing treatment plans. You'll assess patients, design treatment plans, and track progress toward clear goals, rotating between two branches each week. It suits a capable, patient-focused physiotherapist who enjoys variety, works well within a multi-disciplinary clinic, and takes real satisfaction in helping patients recover function and manage pain effectively over time.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients and design individualised treatment plans
• Deliver manual therapy, exercise therapy, and modality-based treatment
• Maintain treatment records and liaise with referring doctors
• Track patient progress against clear treatment goals
• Rotate between two Kuching branches per the weekly schedule
• Advise patients on home exercise programmes between sessions
• Contribute to the growth of the physiotherapy service

Requirements

• Degree in Physiotherapy, registered with the Malaysian Physiotherapy Board
• Fresh graduates welcome; at least 1 year of experience preferred
• Willing to rotate between two Kuching branches
• Comfortable managing an active caseload across multiple conditions
• Patient, motivating, and detail-oriented
