We're looking for a registered Pharmacist to manage our in-house dispensary, review prescriptions, and counsel patients on medication use. The role offers standard clinic hours with no night shifts and a steady rhythm of walk-in and appointment patients. It suits a pharmacist who enjoys direct patient counselling and taking real ownership of a dispensary, without the pressures of a hospital rotation. You'll be trusted to run the dispensary well and to be a reliable point of advice for patients and doctors alike.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and check carefully for drug interactions
• Counsel patients clearly on correct medication use and possible side effects
• Manage dispensary stock levels, ordering, and expiry tracking
• Liaise with doctors promptly on prescription queries
• Maintain dispensary records in line with regulatory requirements
• Advise on appropriate over-the-counter medication for walk-in patients
• Uphold safe storage and handling standards across all medications

Requirements

• Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia
