Materials Coordinator

Baram Offshore Support Services runs materials logistics for several offshore support contracts based out of Miri, with warehouse and site delivery coordinated through a small, dedicated team. In offshore work, a missing part can idle an entire crew, so accurate stock records and timely deliveries genuinely matter to the bottom line. It is a strong role for an organised, detail-oriented coordinator who takes pride in keeping materials flowing smoothly, flagging shortages before they bite, and keeping the warehouse orderly enough that critical items are always easy to find.

We need a Materials Coordinator to track incoming equipment and consumables for our project sites, ensuring accurate stock records and timely deliveries across active contracts. You'll match deliveries against purchase orders, keep the warehouse in good order, and flag shortages early enough for procurement to act. Key responsibilities

• Track incoming materials carefully against purchase orders
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date warehouse stock records

Requirements
