We're hiring an Interior Designer to develop concept boards and detailed fit-out drawings for our clients, from material selection through to final styling, with real input into how each space turns out. You'll present concepts to clients, specify materials within budget, and coordinate installation with the site team. It suits a designer with a strong portfolio who enjoys balancing client taste against real budget and buildability constraints, and who takes satisfaction in seeing their concepts delivered as genuinely finished, well-executed interiors rather than just drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept boards and mood boards from client briefs
• Prepare detailed fit-out drawings for approved concepts
• Source and specify materials and finishes within budget
• Coordinate installation closely with the site team
• Present concepts directly to clients alongside the sales team
• Track material lead times against the project handover date
• Resolve on-site queries to keep the design intent intact

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design
• At least 2 years of design experience, with a portfolio required
• Proficient in SketchUp or AutoCAD and rendering software
• Comfortable balancing client taste against realistic budget constraints
• Good eye for materials, detail, and buildability
