We're hiring a Power Plant Engineer to support operations and maintenance of turbine and generation equipment at our Batang Ai site, including planned outage support and regulatory compliance work. You'll monitor equipment, troubleshoot faults, and keep compliance documentation in order alongside the control room team. It suits a capable electrical or mechanical engineer who is comfortable working in a remote setting with a small resident team, enjoys hands-on plant engineering, and wants real ownership of keeping critical generation equipment running reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor generation equipment performance and troubleshoot faults
• Support planned maintenance outages and equipment upgrades
• Maintain compliance documentation for regulatory inspections
• Coordinate with control room staff on operational status

• Advise on equipment upgrade priorities based on observed wear

Requirements
