HR Executive

KENYALANG TELECOM SERVICES SDN BHD is a regional telco reseller and network services provider covering fixed broadband and mobile plans across Sarawak. We're hiring an HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations for our growing customer service and technical teams. It is a broad generalist role for someone who wants real ownership across the whole employee lifecycle rather than a single narrow specialism. You'll be the go-to HR contact for a busy frontline workforce, help shape practical policies as the company scales, and keep our statutory obligations consistently and accurately met throughout the year.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline, technical, and support roles
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and probation reviews for all new hires
• Handle first-line employee relations queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters
• Maintain accurate, well-organised employee records and HR documentation
• Support annual performance review, appraisal, and increment cycles
• Coordinate statutory compliance filings for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and HRDF
• Help develop and roll out practical HR policies and staff communications
• Organise staff welfare, training, and engagement activities

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• At least 2 years of HR generalist experience across multiple functions
• Familiar with Malaysian labour law and Employment Act fundamentals
• Approachable, organised, and consistently discreet with confidential matters
• Confident communicator in English and Bahasa Malaysia
