We need a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily room servicing standards and manage a team of room attendants, keeping quality consistent across every checkout and turnover. You'll run quality checks, manage linen and amenity stock, and coach attendants directly on any gaps. It suits a hands-on, detail-oriented supervisor with strong standards who can lead a small team well, spot-inspect rooms before check-in, and take genuine ownership of the cleanliness and readiness that shape every guest's impression of the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily room servicing and quality checks
• Manage a team of room attendants and public area staff
• Track linen and amenity stock levels and reorder as needed
• Handle guest requests related to housekeeping promptly
• Conduct spot inspections on serviced rooms before guest check-in
• Coach room attendants directly on quality gaps
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and well-organised housekeeping operation

Requirements

• At least 2 years of housekeeping experience, with 1 year supervising
• Strong attention to detail and high quality standards
• Able to work rotating shifts including weekends
