We're hiring a Hospital Administrator to oversee non-clinical operations, from facilities and procurement to patient billing coordination, working closely with department heads across the hospital. You'll manage vendors, coordinate billing and claims, and support operational planning while balancing clinical needs against budgets. It suits an organised, level-headed administrator who can juggle competing priorities, negotiate well with suppliers, and act as a dependable bridge between clinical and non-clinical teams to keep the hospital running efficiently and cost-effectively day to day.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee facilities management, procurement, and vendor contracts
• Coordinate patient billing and insurance claims processes
• Support department heads on operational planning
• Manage non-clinical staff rosters and performance reviews
• Prepare monthly operational reports for the COO
• Lead vendor contract renewal negotiations
• Investigate and resolve operational bottlenecks flagged by clinical staff

Requirements

• Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 4 years of hospital or healthcare facility administration experience
• Strong organisational and vendor negotiation skills
