Graphic Designer

Kuching Creative Studio is a design studio producing branding, packaging, and print work for F&B and retail clients across Kuching. We're small enough that our designers work directly with clients and see their work go straight to market — on shelves, shopfronts, and packaging around the city — rather than disappearing into a faceless corporate pipeline. We're hiring a Graphic Designer to produce branding, packaging, and print materials for our F&B and retail clients. The role suits a designer with a strong eye and a solid portfolio who wants real variety and direct client exposure rather than repetitive template work. You'll take briefs all the way from initial concept through to print-ready artwork, present your own work to clients, and see it come to life across our clients' brands, packaging, and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design branding, packaging, and print collateral directly from client briefs
• Develop and present design concepts to clients alongside the studio lead
• Prepare and manage print-production files and liaise with print vendors
• Maintain brand consistency and quality across each client's deliverables
• Revise and refine designs based on client feedback within agreed timelines
• Contribute fresh ideas in studio brainstorms, pitches, and concept sessions
• Organise, archive, and version-control project files and brand assets
• Help manage multiple concurrent projects to their deadlines

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or a related creative field
• A strong portfolio demonstrating branding and packaging design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• A sound understanding of print production and file preparation
• Able to take feedback well and manage several projects at once
