We're hiring a Front Office Executive to manage guest check-in and check-out, reservations, and guest queries at our 180-room beachfront property, working as part of a front-desk team that sees a wide mix of guests. You'll handle bookings, resolve issues, and coordinate with housekeeping across rotating shifts. It suits a warm, composed, and well-presented hospitality professional who enjoys guest interaction, can resolve complaints calmly and professionally, and takes pride in delivering a smooth, welcoming experience for every guest who arrives at the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest check-in and check-out efficiently and warmly
• Handle reservations and room allocation requests
• Resolve guest queries and minor complaints promptly
• Coordinate with housekeeping on room readiness
• Process payments and maintain accurate front office records
• Work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Upsell room upgrades and resort amenities where appropriate
• Provide guests with helpful local and resort information

Requirements

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
• At least 1 year of front office experience in a hotel or resort
• Good spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage
• Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends
• Comfortable resolving guest complaints calmly and professionally
