Riverfront Hotel Sibu is a 60-room mid-range hotel along the Rajang riverfront in central Sibu, with a small front-desk team handling most guest interactions personally. In a property this size, the receptionist is often the first and last person a guest sees, so warmth and reliability really matter. It is a good role for a friendly, composed person who enjoys guest contact, takes pride in smooth check-ins and accurate records, and wants steady, people-facing hospitality work in a welcoming riverfront hotel with a close-knit team.

We need a Front Desk Receptionist to handle guest check-in and check-out, phone enquiries, and reservations at our riverfront property, often the first and last point of contact for every guest. You'll process payments, coordinate with housekeeping on room status, and offer guests helpful local recommendations. It suits a friendly, composed person with good spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia who is willing to work rotating shifts, stays warm and professional with both regular and first-time guests, and takes pride in giving every visitor a smooth, welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in and check-out at the front desk
• Answer phone enquiries and manage reservations
• Process payments and maintain accurate front desk records

Requirements
