We're hiring a Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, tutor scheduling, and parent communications for our tuition and enrichment programmes, effectively running the centre day to day. You'll manage rosters, handle enrolment and enquiries, and keep classes and schedules running smoothly. It suits an organised, warm, and reliable person who can juggle several moving schedules at once, handle parents professionally, and take real ownership of the centre's day-to-day success while supporting its steady growth in the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily centre operations and class scheduling
• Manage tutor rosters and arrange cover for absences
• Handle parent enquiries and enrolment administration
• Monitor class sizes and student retention
• Coordinate holiday programme planning and promotion
• Resolve scheduling conflicts between overlapping classes
• Keep the centre welcoming, organised, and well-run

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Education, Business, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a tuition centre or similar setting
