We need a part-time Data Entry Clerk to update tenant records and maintenance logs into our property management system. The role suits someone accurate and reliable who is looking for regular part-time hours within a settled, professional office environment. You'll work closely with the office administrator and help keep the backbone of our operations — our records — consistently clean, complete, and trustworthy so the wider team can rely on the data without second-guessing it.

Key responsibilities

• Enter tenant, lease, and maintenance data into the property system accurately
• Verify records against source documents and correct any discrepancies found
• Flag inconsistencies or missing information to the office administrator
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all tenant and owner records
• Help keep digital filing tidy, consistently named, and easy to retrieve
• Produce simple record extracts, lists, and summaries when requested
• Support periodic data clean-up and verification exercises

Requirements
