We're hiring Customer Service Representatives for our call centre, handling billing queries, plan changes, and technical troubleshooting for subscribers. It is a solid entry point into a stable company with genuine progression into team lead and operations roles for those who show they can deliver. You'll be fully trained on our systems and products and supported by experienced supervisors when calls become complex, so no prior telecommunications experience is required to apply.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls on billing, plans, and technical issues courteously and clearly
  • Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps patiently and accurately
  • Process plan changes, account updates, and service requests without errors
  • Escalate unresolved or complex technical issues to the network team
  • Log call details, actions, and outcomes accurately in the system
  • Meet call quality, handling time, and resolution targets consistently
  • Identify and flag recurring customer problems to supervisors for follow-up
  • Represent the company positively and professionally on every call

Requirements

Requirements

  • SPM or an equivalent qualification
  • Good spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or local dialects an advantage
  • Patient, clear communicator with a genuine service-first attitude
  • Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Basic computer literacy and quick to learn new systems
