Clinic Assistant (Part-time)

We need a part-time Clinic Assistant covering weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings, handling reception, basic vitals, and appointment scheduling for a steady stream of regular patients. It is a role for someone friendly, organised, and dependable who takes care with details and enjoys helping people. You'll be the welcoming first point of contact for patients, keep the front desk running smoothly, and support the clinical team with the day-to-day tasks that keep a small clinic operating well.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage appointment scheduling
• Record basic vitals accurately before consultations
• Handle payment collection and issue receipts correctly
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked reception area
• Answer routine phone enquiries about clinic hours and services
• Keep patient records and appointment logs accurate and orderly
• Support the clinical team with light administrative tasks

Requirements

• SPM with a credit in Science subjects
• Prior clinic or customer service experience is an advantage
