We're hiring a Cleaning Team Leader to supervise a crew servicing office and industrial premises across Bintulu, managing daily schedules and quality checks. The role suits someone practical and organised who can lead a small team well and keep demanding clients consistently happy with the service. You'll be responsible for turning up on time, getting the work done properly to standard, and being the dependable, professional point of contact for your assigned sites and their managers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a cleaning crew's daily schedule across multiple client sites
• Conduct spot checks and quality audits on completed cleaning work
• Manage cleaning supply and consumable inventory across all sites
• Address client feedback on service quality promptly and professionally
• Train new crew members thoroughly on procedures and workplace safety
• Ensure correct, safe, and economical use of chemicals and equipment
• Report staffing, supply, or site issues promptly to the operations office
• Cover shifts and reassign crew to keep every site properly serviced

Requirements

• At least 2 years of commercial cleaning experience; supervisory experience preferred
• Comfortable managing a small team's daily schedule and workload
• Reliable, hands-on, punctual, and quality-focused
• Own transport to travel between client sites around Bintulu
• Basic literacy for checklists, inventory, and reporting
