We're hiring a Banquet Sales Coordinator to handle enquiries for our meeting and event spaces, from proposal to on-the-day coordination, working closely with corporate clients throughout. You'll prepare proposals and quotations, coordinate logistics with operations, and follow up with clients after events. It suits an organised, personable coordinator with strong communication and follow-up skills who is comfortable managing several event proposals at once, enjoys building relationships with repeat corporate clients, and takes pride in seeing each event run smoothly from first enquiry through to a satisfied client.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to enquiries for meeting and event space bookings
• Prepare clear proposals and quotations for prospective clients
• Coordinate event logistics with the F&B and operations teams
• Follow up with clients after events for feedback
• Track repeat corporate clients for relationship-building opportunities
• Keep accurate records of bookings, proposals, and confirmations

Requirements

• Diploma in Hospitality, Sales, or a related field
