We're hiring an Assistant F&B Manager to support daily outlet operations, staff scheduling, and cost control across our two dining outlets, stepping up whenever the F&B Manager is unavailable. You'll run service checks, manage schedules, monitor stock and costs, and handle guest feedback. It suits an experienced F&B supervisor ready to move into management who is comfortable running outlet operations independently when needed, keeps a close eye on standards and costs, and enjoys the responsibility of helping lead a busy two-outlet and banqueting operation.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations across two dining outlets
• Assist with staff scheduling and service standard checks
• Monitor stock levels and support cost control initiatives
• Step in as manager-on-duty during the F&B Manager's absence
• Handle guest feedback related to F&B service
• Track outlet performance against monthly cost targets

Requirements
